摘　　要：目的 :考察与比较国产缓释片和进口缓释片的释药行为。方法 :采用中国药典的转篮法 ,研究国产片及进口片的释放度。结果 :前者释药较快 ,6h释药达 98%以上 ,但后者释药缓慢平稳 ,释药时间长达 10h ,两者释药行为均符合零级动力学。结论Aim To compare and inspect the release behavior of the domestic Sustained-release tablets and imported Sustained-release tablets.Methods The basket method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1995 was used in this study.Results The release rate of the imported tablets was slower than that of the domestic tablets. The drug release behavior of the two tablets both fitted the zero order release.Conclusion There were some differences between the two kinds of sustained-release tablets in the properties and the rate of the release.
