摘　　要：目的　本文应用HPLC法测定急麻颗粒剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法　色谱柱ODS ,流动相为甲醇 -磷酸液 (0 .4% ) (6 0∶40 ) ,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果　含量测定结果为 1.5 5 1mg·g-1(n =3) ,线性关系范围 :黄芩苷在 0 .5～ 4μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9993) ,平均回收率为 98.43% ,RSD 为 1.11% (n=6 )。结论　该法操作简便 ,快速 。Aim The present studies were designed to determine the content of baicalin in Jima Granules.Methods The HPLC method was used with the ODS column,mobile phase (methanol:0.4% phosphate acid solution with a ratio of 60∶40) and a detection wavelength of 280nm.Result The content of baicalin in Jima Granules is 1.551mg·g -1 ,the mean recovery rate is 98.43% with SD 1.11% (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate.
