螺旋CT支气管重建技术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨胸部螺旋CT扫描支气管重建技术的临床应用价值。方法 :对 2 0 0例胸部螺旋CT扫描病例全部进行多平面图像重建 (MPR)、表面遮盖显示 (SSD)、最小密度投影 (MinIP)、仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)等图像后处理以使气管支气管成像。结果 :118例表现为正常 ,其气管支气管外表面、管内壁、管腔均显示清晰 ,结构完整。 82例表现为异常 ,分为腔内占位、腔外压迫或管壁受侵、支气管扩张改变。结论Objective:To evaluate the clinical application and value of the trechea and bronchi reconstruction technique of spiral CT.Methods:200 check-spiral scanning cases were dealt with to show the trachea and bronchi's images by the image post-processings,including the multiple planner reconstruction(MPR),the surface shaded display(SSD),the munimum intensity projection(MinP),and the CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE).Results:118 cases,images are normal,the inside,outside and cavity of trachea and bronchi are dear and frame complete.82 cases,images are abnormal,they show obstacle in cavity,press from outside,invasion of the wass,and bronchiectasis.Condusion;The trachea and bronchi reconstruction technique of spiral CT has a great clinical application value in the diagnoses of the inside and outside diseases of the trachea and bronchi.
