摘　　要：目的　研究股外侧肌肌骨瓣移植在治疗股骨头缺血性坏死疾患中的临床应用。方法　对我院在 1994年 3月～ 1999年 11月间 ,应用股外侧肌肌骨瓣移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的 32例 39髋患者 ,进行了临床观察和随访。结果　经随访 2年以上者 2 9例 33髋 ,其中Ⅲ期 2 5髋 ,Ⅳ期 8髋。术后疗效的优良率为 90 9%。结论　该方法对改善股骨头血运 ,促进坏死区血循环的重建与修复 。Objective To study the transplantion of vastus lateralis pedicled bone graft for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral headMethods From Mar.1994 to Nov.1999,39 hips in 32 patients who suffered from the avascular necrcosis of the femoral head were treated with transplantation of vastus lateralis pedicled bone graft.The patients were observed clinically and followed up.Results 33 hips in 29 patients were followed up for more than 2 years (25 hips of Ⅲ stage and 8 hips of Ⅳ stage).The excellent and good results was seen in 90.9%Conclusion This method of treatment has satisfactory effect in improving the blood circulation of the femoral head,promoting the reconstruction of blood circulation necrosis area and repair.
