摘　　要：目的　探讨陪伴分娩对产后抑郁症的影响。方法　将 2 2 0例产妇分成观察组和对照组 ,比较两组产妇产后的抑郁水平和抑郁症发生率。结果　对照组的产后抑郁水平和抑郁症发生率均显著高于观察组 (P <0 .0 1)。ObjectiveTo probe into the influence of accompanied labor on puerperal depression. Methods220 parturients were divided into experimental group and control group. The level of puerperal depression and the rate of occurrence of puerperal depression in both groups were compared. ResultsThe level of puerperal depression and the rate of occurrence of puerperal depression in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in controls ( P <0.01).ConclusionAccompanied labor helps relieve the puerperal depression and decrease the occurrence of puerperal depression.
