摘　　要：护士长工作信息本经过几年实践 ,成为护士长和护士们喜爱的一种管理方法。从多方面开发了护理信息 ,除上请下达外 ,起到了沟通感情 ,了解新业务。Information pads for head nurse, as a means in the practical management, have been popular for head nurses as well as nurses for several years. It is efficient in developing synthetical nursing information by way of conveying orders, understanding new technology and undertaking communications among nurses.
