摘　　要：目的:探讨耳廓部分缺损更好的修复方法。方法:选择耳后邻近旋转皮瓣修复耳廓部分缺损。结果:16例痊愈。结论:这是修复耳廓部分缺损的一种好方法。Objective: To approacha better way of reconstruction of traumatic auricle partial defects. Methods: To Choose postauricalar adjacent rotation flap for repairing the defects. Results: 16 cases with this kind of trauma were fully recovered. Conclusion: This way is regarded as a better one for reconstruction of traumatic auricle patial defects.
