纯白金针菇生料栽培及其生理研究

摘　　要：本文报道了培养料堆积发酵时间 ,装料高度以及培养料中多菌灵的含量对纯白金针菇产量的影响 ,并对不同含量多菌灵所产纯白针菇进行同功酶分析。结果表明 ,多菌灵对纯白金针菇有明显抑制作用 ;堆料发酵 96h ,装料高度 8cm较合适。 5个参试样品酯酶 (es terase)和α -淀粉酶 (α -amylase)Theeffectofthefermentativeperiods ;heightofmediaandthecontentsofcarbendazolinmediaonthe productsofwhiteFlammulinavelutipesandtheisozymeanalysisonwhiteF .velutipescultivatedonthemediaofdifferent contentscarbendazolwerereportedinthispaper .TheresultsshowedthatthegrowthofwhiteF .velutipesisobviouslyin hibitedbycarbendazol,theadequatefermentativeperiodsandheightofthemediawere 96hoursand 8cm .respectively , theesteraseandtheα -amylaseisozymepatternsoffivesamplesaredifference .
