泌乳早期奶牛日粮中添加脂肪酸钙对脂肪代谢影响的研究

摘　　要：选择 6头经产、胎次相同、产后 10～ 20天的中国荷斯坦奶牛，采用 3× 3重复拉丁方设计，研究脂肪酸钙对中国荷斯坦奶牛泌乳早期脂肪代谢的影响。试验处理分别为：处理 A组为基础日粮；处理 B组为基础日粮＋ 200g脂肪酸钙；处理 C组为基础日粮＋ 400g脂肪酸钙。试验结果表明：添加脂肪酸钙使游离脂肪酸水平下降， B组游离脂肪酸水平比对照组下降了 37 83％ (P0 05)；日粮中添加脂肪酸钙使乙酰乙酸和β－羟丁酸水平下降。Six pluriparous Chinese Holstein cows were wsed in a replicated 3× 3 Latiin square design to determine the effects of fatty acid calcium salts on taf metabolic during early lactation.Treatment were basal dies(A);basal diet plus 200g fatty acid calcium salts (B);basal diet plus 400g fatty acid calcium salts(C).The results showed as follows:the FFA concentration were decreased 37.83％ in treatment B,decreased 23.35％ in treatment C;the concentrations of acetoacetic acid,β－ hy droxybutyate,and growth hormone were decreased by supplementation of Ca salts.
