杉木球果果鳞霉病病原菌的研究

摘　　要：通过对一种罹病的杉木球果果鳞进行组织分离 ,对出现机率大的菌落进行接种 ,对显症的果鳞再分离 ,确定了杉木球果果鳞霉病的病原菌是长柄交链孢 (Alternaria longipes(Ell.et Ev.)Tisd. et Wadk.) .By Koch's postulate,tissue separation of a kind of disease in cone scales of Chinese fir and inoculation test that the colonial emergence probability is higher were done. After the cone scales emerged the symptom of this kind of disease,they were to be separated again,the results showed that Alternaria longipes(Ell et Ev )Tisd et Wadk is the pathogen of mildew in cone scale of Chinese fir
