1株新的新城疫病毒毒株生物学特性研究及其HN基因序列测定

摘　　要：从高发病率高死亡率的鸡群中分离到 1株病毒 ,经病毒分离鉴定为 NDV。生物学特性研究证实为强毒株 ,但血凝价偏高。根据保守区设计一对特异性引物 ,经 RT- PCR扩增得到其保护性抗原之一 HN基因 ,包含完整的 ORF。序列测定得到WT5BZ]One virus isolate was obtained from a chicken flock with high morbidity and mortality.The isolate was confirmed as Newcastle disease virus.The biological tests proved it as a virulent strain,but the HA titers were as high as 2 8～10 .The HN gene of the isolate was amplified by the Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT PCR)technique using a pair of specific primers.Then the whole HN gene was sequenced and the amino acid sequence was obtained from it.
