摘　　要：发展风险投资,有利于解决科技开发与转化资金投入不足的问题;有利于高新技术的迅速成长;有利于传统产业的改造和产业结构的调整;有利于增强我国工业产品的国际竞争力;有利于增加就业机会,减少再就业压力。Developing risk investment can do good to solving the problem of fund insufficiency input to the development and transformation of technology. It can do good to the rapid growth of new high-tech and to the reform of traditional industries and the regulation of industry structure. It can do good to strengthening the international competitive power of China's industrial products. It can also do good for full employment and reduce the pressure of reemployment.
