摘　　要：农村政策性金融的风险越来越大 ,特别是扶贫资金的风险管理难度更大。本文针对政策性金融与扶贫资金风险产生的原因 。The risks of the rural policy finance are bigger and bigger and the riks managements of aid the poor funds are much more difficult.To counter the policy finance and the risk factors of aid the poor funds,this paper gives us some suggestions on the rural policy finance and the risk precautions against aid the poor funds.
