鸡卡氏住白细胞原虫感染后鸡血液生化指标变化的研究

摘　　要：以 30 0日龄新罗曼蛋鸡作为试验对象 ,研究了鸡在混群感染鸡卡氏住白细胞原虫 (Leucocytozoon .Caulleryi) .后第14、16、18、2 0、2 2天时血液中的红细胞 (RBC)、血红蛋白 (Hb)、葡萄糖 (Gul)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、淀汾酶(AMS)、总蛋白 (TPROT)、白蛋白 (ALB)和钙 (Ca)的变化。结果表明 :L .Caulleryi感染鸡后血液红细胞数和血红蛋白含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;葡萄糖含量升高 ;乳酸脱氢酶和淀粉酶活性升高 ,但到后期突然降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;谷丙转氨酶活性初期升高 ,后期显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;总蛋白和白蛋白含量降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清钙含量稍微升高 。day_old Animal Xin_Luo_Man chickens were used to investigate the effects of L.Caulleryi on serum components of activities of LDH,AMS,ALT and concentration of RBC,Hb,Glu,TRPOT,ALB and Ca.The results are as follow:RBC and Hb decreased post inoculation of L.Caulleryi,and dereased significantly in late stage(P<0.01);Glu was increased;serum LDH and AMS level increased post inoculation of L.Caullerlyi,and decreased significantly in the late stage(P<0.01);serum ALT level increased in the early stage and decreased significantly in the late stage(P<0.01);T PROT and ALB concentration decreased(P<0.05),Ca level increased.
