鸡胚胎代用蛋壳及异体胚盘移植孵化的研究

摘　　要：对鸡胚胎蛋壳培养的研究结果显示 :( 1 )在± 4 5°的转角下 ,不同体积的代用蛋壳的胚胎发育率 ,普通蛋代用蛋壳前 6d的胚胎发育率 ( 48.5% )显著高于双黄蛋代用蛋壳 (平均 2 2 .7% ) ,但是 ,双黄蛋代用蛋壳的孵化率 ( 8.3 % )显著高于普通蛋代用蛋壳。普通蛋代用壳无小鸡孵化 ,说明普通蛋壳对于移植等量鸡胚后期的发育空间不够。( 2 )双黄蛋作为代用壳时 ,可以不添加任何物质。( 3 )换蛋壳培养鸡胚胎 ,转蛋角度± 4 5°比± 3 0°的效果要好。异体胚盘移植结果显示 :同一动物间的同功物质具有通用性 ,异体胚盘移植鸡胚可以继续发育。Embryos of the chick (blastoderm) have been transplanted into recipient eggshells of grafted alien into recipient yolk, in order to investigate the possibility of reering these embryos to hatch.The results showed:(1) Egg turned ±45°,the embryo development rated of small surrogate eggshells and double yolk surrogate eggshells were 48.5% and 22.7%, respectively and the difference is significant.However, hatching rate of double yolk surrogate eggshells and small surrogate eggshells were 8.3% and 0% respectively, and the difference is significant.(2) When embryos cultured in the double yolk surrogate eggshells, transplanting embryos did not add medium, water, salt solution and so on.(3) The rate of development, egg turned ±45° was better than egg turned ±30°. Embryos of chicken grafted alien, the results showed: isonutrient may be use common among the embryo of the same chick breeding.
