摘　　要：着重讨论 IP over DWDM成为构筑宽带光因特网的最佳选择原因、网络体系结构、网络管理和流量工程 。This paper mainly investigates the reason why IP over DWDM has become the best choice in building wide band optical Internet and discusses its network structure,management and flux engineering. In the end,it proposes that wide band optical Internet be constructed based on railway communication network.
