摘 要:为了解蛋白胨对细菌的保护作用,用加10 g/L蛋白胨与否的磷酸盐缓冲液分别制成金黄色葡萄球菌悬液,以二氯异氰尿酸钠复方消毒剂溶液对两者进行杀灭效果比较。结果,对无蛋白胨的悬液中金黄色葡萄球管以含有效氯 5 mg/ L的恢复方溶液作用 1min,杀灭率达 99.98%;而对含蛋白胨的悬液中者,以含有效氯 80 mg/ L的该复方溶液作用 1min,杀灭率才为 99.98%。因此,在悬液定量杀菌试验中,向菌悬液中加蛋白胨较合适。In order to know the protective effect of Peptone on bacteria, phosphate buffer solution with or without addition of peptone 10 g/ L was used to prepare suspension of Staphylococcus aureus and the efficacy of compound disinfectant of sodium dichloroiso cyanurate in killing the bacteria in these two suspensions was compared. The results showed that the killing rate of S. aureus in the suspension without peptone exposed to the compound disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 5 mg / L for I min was 99.98%, while the bacteria in the suspension containing peptone attained a killing rate of 99.98% only after exposure to the compound disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 80 mg/ L for 1 min. It is, therefore, advisable to add peptone to the bacterial suspension in suspension quantitative germicidal test.
