包外加无菌塑料袋与否的灭菌器材无菌存放期

摘　　要：为了解压力蒸汽灭菌后的器材包外加封无菌塑料能否延长无菌期，于存放不同时间取样，进行无菌检测。结果，加无菌塑料袋密封的器材包，于无菌间放置１３周，包内器材仍无菌；未加塑料袋者仅能维持５周无菌。加无菌塑料袋密封保存，可延长器材无菌期，减少重复灭菌次数。In order to know whether the duration of sterile storing can be prolonged when the autoclaved appliance pack is sealed in external sterile plastic bag, examination of sterility of samples taken at different periods of storing was carried out. The results showed that the appliances in the pack sealed in the sterile plastic bag were still sterile after storing in the room for storing sterile articles for 13 weeks, while those in the pack without external plastic bag could be kept sterile only for 5 weeks. Storing the appliance pack sealed in sterile plastic bag could prolong the sterile duration of the appliances and reduce the frequency of repeated sterilization.
