摘　　要：阐述了近年来对同性爱人群开展性病艾滋病干预工作所得出的认识和体会。认为应客观地认识同性爱人群并借鉴国际上行之有效的经验,为我国性病、艾滋病防治工作服务。特别是应为同性爱中的志愿者提供宽松的工作环境。强调应加强多部门的合作,设立专项基金,多渠道筹集经费。建议开发适合同性爱人群使用的安全套和润滑剂,为干预工作服务。This article elaborates author' s personal experience and understanding on STD and AIDS interventions among homosexual people in the past years. The author believes that homosexuals should be treated in an objective manner and effective international experiences should be utilized in our STD/AIDS prevention practices. Special emphasis should be placed on creating a relaxed working environment for them. The article also stresses that multi - sector cooperation should be strengthened and a special fund should be set up for fund raising through differenct channels. In addition, it is suggested that in order to carry out interventions, the condom and lubricant specially designed for the gay population should be developed.
