降粘抗栓片对犬冠状动脉血流量及阻力的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察复方中药制剂降粘抗栓片对健康犬心脏冠状动脉血流量及阻力的影响。方法　分离犬的冠状动脉左旋支及主动脉根部 ,用电磁流量计探头 ,测定降粘抗栓片 1 g/kg、2 g/kg给药前后不同时间点的冠状动脉流量 ,计算冠状动脉阻力 ,并以生理盐水及硫氮 艹卓 酮为对照组。结果　降粘抗栓片生药 2 g/kg剂量组能明显增加冠状动脉血流量 ,降低冠状动脉阻力。结论　降粘抗栓片能够增加冠状动脉血流量 ,降低冠状动脉阻力 ,从而调整和改善心肌供血 ,为缺血性心脏病的治疗提供实验依据。Objective To observe the effect of Jiang Nian Kang Shuan Tablet(JNKST) on coronary blood flow and coronary resistance in healthy canine. Methods The canine circumflex branch of left coronary artery and root of aorta were separated.A probe of electromagnetic flow meter was set in them.Coronary blood flow was measured before and after using JNKST in dosage of 1?g/kg and 2?g/kg,and then compared the results with group of 0.9% Sodium Chloride and Dilthiazem group and also detected it at different time points after experiment.Coronary resistance was calculated.Results Using of high dosage of JNKST significantly increased canine coronary blood flow ( P <0.05) and markedly reduced coronary resistance ( P <0.05) .Conclusion JNKST can increase coronary blood flow and reduce coronary resistance.It can adjust blood supply of cardiac muscle,and provide treatment ischemic cardiac disease with experiment evidence.
