摘  要:观察特制饲料喂养造成的厌食动物模型血浆 β -内啡肽、八肽胆囊收缩素含量和红细胞C3b受体花环率的变化 ,并对其进行了相关研究。结果显示 :模型组动物血浆 β -内啡肽浓度、红细胞C3b受体花环率均明显下降 ,二者之间呈正相关关系 (r =0 .68,P <0 .0 5)。提示 β -内啡肽不仅是影响患儿食欲的重要因素之一 ,可能也与厌食患儿免疫力下降有关。Objective:TO study the alternations of cholecystokinin-8(CCK-8),β-Endorphin(β-EP) concentration in plasma and the rosette rate of red cell C 3b receptor in juvenile rat models with anorexia and their correlation. Method: The models were made by feeding special forage, and then the plasma level of CCK-8 and β-EP were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA), while the rosette rate of red cell C 3b receptor were determined. Result: Compared with normal group, both the β-EP concentration and the rosette rate of red cell C 3b receptor in model group decreased significantly, and CCK-8 concentration increased, there was a positive correlation between them (r=0.68, P<0.05). Conclusions:β-EP may be responsible not only for appetite but also for immunologic function of anorectic children.
