18种中药对过氧化氢液杀菌作用稳定性的影响

摘　　要：为探讨中药对过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )液对金黄色葡萄球菌杀菌作用稳定性的影响 ,观察了 18种中药与H2 O2 按一定比例混合而成的中药 -H2 O2 液及H2 O2 对照液在加热 ( 12 0℃ ,2 0min)及长期保存 ( 1～ 5年 )条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)。结果表明 ,一些中药能增强H2 O2 液的杀菌作用的稳定性 ,一些中药则无此作用。本研究结果为临床上应用H2 O2 液消毒 ,提供了新的中药 -H2 O2 液组方及实验数据。To discuss the influence of TCM drugs on the bactericide stability of hydrogen peroxide to the staphylococcus aureus, the 18 kinds of TCM drugs were mixed with H 2O 2 liquor respectively in certain proportion, the mixed solution were treated with 2 different methods, that is, heating under 120℃ for 20 minutes once daily for 1, 2 and 3 days and storing them in the room temperature for 1,2,3,4 and 5 years. Then the authors respectively examined their minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) to staphylococcus aureus. Results showed that most TCM drugs can strengthen bactericide stability of hydrogen peroxide. This study provided some TCM drugs-H 2O 2 preparations and experimental data for clinical application.
