复方血竭止痛擦剂质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立复方血竭止痛擦剂的质量标准。 方法 :采用薄层层析法 (TL C)对三七、血竭、苏木进行定性鉴别 ,应用气相色谱法 (GC)对制剂中冰片的含量进行测定。结果 :定量分析回收率为 99.11% ,RSD为 1.94%。结论 :方法可靠易行 ,准确灵敏。Objective: To establish the quality standards of compound sangurs draconis zhitong tincture. Methods: Its ingredients cradix notoginseng, sanguis draconis and caesalpinia sappan were identified by TLC. The GC method to determine borneol in the tincture was established. Results: The recovery was 99.11% and RSD(%) was 1.94. Condusion: This method is reliable、easy to apply and most useful in the quality control of Chinese patent medicine.
