紫外光谱法测定利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林的快速测定方法。 方法 :用紫外分光光度法直接测定利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林的含量。 结果 :在 2 0 7nm处 ,以水为溶媒 ,利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液中利巴韦林浓度在 3～ 15μg/ m l,与其相应的吸收度呈良好的线性关系 (n =5 ;r =0 .9999) ,样品平均回收率为 10 1.4%±0 .5 3%。结论 :该法简便快速、准确可靠 ,适合药房快速分析。Objective: To set up a fast determination of ribavirin in the injection of ribavirin and glucose. Method: Ribavirin in the injection of ribavirin and glucose is determinated directly by UV spectrophotometry. Result: Using distilled water as solvent at 207 nm the calibration curve is good linear over 3~15 μg/ml of ribavirin in injection of ribavirin and glucose (n=5, r=0.9999) and the mean recoveries are 101.4% with RSD 0.53%. Conclusion: This method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable, and it is proper for fast analysis in pharmacy.
