直线偏振光近红外线(超激光)合并神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察直线偏振光近红外线仪照射合并神经阻滞对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法 :70例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组 ,Ⅰ组在神经阻滞的基础上给予直线偏振光近红外线照射 ,Ⅱ组只采用单纯神经阻滞疗法。以VAS评价两组的疗效 ,比较观察两组治疗后疼痛缓解及皮损改善的显效率 ,好转率 ,无效率和有效率。结果 :两组治疗前后VAS均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;疼痛缓解的显效率和有效率两组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。皮损改善的显效率Ⅰ组为 15% ,Ⅱ组为 2 6.7% ,两组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :直线偏振光近红外线治疗仪照射合并神经阻滞优于单纯神经阻滞 ,前者在治疗带状疱疹皮损改善中有较好的效果。Objective: To observe the effect of Super Lizer HA 550 plus nerve block for the treatment of Herpes zoster(HZ). Methods: Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups. GroupⅠ was treated by Super Lizer(SL) plus nerve block(NB), Group Ⅱ by single nerve block(SNB) only. The effects of the two groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), to compare and observe the excellent rate, improvement rate, fail rate and effectiveness rate for pain relief and for improvement of skin lesions. Results: There were significant difference between the score of VAS before treatment and that after treatment in the two groups( P <0.01). For pain relief, the excellent rate and effectiveness rate showed no difference between the two groups( P >0.05). For improvement of skin lesions the excellent rate was significantly higher (26.7%) in group Ⅱ as compared to that of group Ⅱ (15%) ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Super Lizer treatment in combination with nerve block produce better therapeutic effect for the treatment of Hz, especially for the improcement of skin lesions.
