摘  要:目的 进一步探讨维生素E对铬的抗突变作用。方法 采用小鼠早期精细胞和胸骨骨髓多染红细胞微核试验进行研究。将小鼠分为 5组 ,即K2 CrO4 (1μg/ g体重 )组 ,K2 CrO4 +VitE (5 μg/ g体重 )组 ,K2 CrO4 +VitE (10 μg/g体重 )组 ,K2 CrO4 +VitE (2 0 μg/g体重 )组 ,及阴性对照组 ,连续灌胃 30天。 结果 加服VitE组微核率明显低于单纯K2 CrO4 组。结论 维生素E对K2 CrO4Objective To further probe into antagonistic effects of vitamin E on mutation caused by chromium Methods The micronucleus test was used The male mice were divided into five groups Among five groups given K 2CrO 4(1 μg/g body weigh) for 30 days, the second group was added Vit E 5 μg/g body weight and the third group was added Vit E 10 μg/g body weight and the fifth group was added Vit E 20 μg/g body weight Results The frequency of micronuclei induced by combined Vit E 10 or 20 μg/g body weight and K 2CrO 4(1 μg/g body weigh) was much lower than that of K 2CrO 4 control group ( P <0 001) Conclusion Vit E have protective effect against chromium foxicity in the antagonistic effect of micronuclei caused by K 2CrO 4 (1 μg/g body weigh)
