L—精氨酸对不同程度缺氧大鼠肺组织保护作用的差异分析

摘　　要：目的　观察L—精氨酸 (L—Arg)对不同程度缺氧大鼠肺组织保护作用差异的影响。 方法　采用急性缺氧制备大鼠缺氧性肺动脉高压模型 ,分别记录L—Arg对缺氧引起体循环和肺循环阻力等指标变化。结果　L—精氨酸能有效改善 10 %O2 组和 7%O2 组肺动脉压的升高 ,同时可以看出L—精氨酸能有效降低肺组织MDA含量。Objective To investigate effect and mechanism of L Argin on lung tissue with different doses of oxygen in rats. Methods Models of pulmonary hypertension were made.Resistance of blood vessel around body and lung,NO and MDA of lung tissue were examined respectively. Results It showed that L Arg could reduce the increased pressure of lung artery induced by hypoxia and increase the content of NO and reducen MDA level in lung tissue. Conclusion It is suggested that L Arg can be effective on prevention of lung tissue from different hypoxic rats.
