摘　　要：在被检标本中滴加染料辅助,再压片或悬片检查.由于染料具有颜色,较易找到细菌所在的焦点平面,且染料把背景涂上淡淡的颜色,观察细菌运动现象更加明显可靠,在教学中收到了较好效果。We drop colorant supplement on samples then examine the presser and dag. It it easy to findthe focal plane where the germ exists because of the colorant. And the observation of germmovement is more obvious and reliable because the colorant makes the background light incolor. The teaching is effective.
