摘　　要：本文对免疫组化、免疫转印（Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔｔｉｎｇ）和酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）３种牛海绵状脑病（ＢＳＥ）免疫学检测方法进行了综合比较。通过比较发现免疫组化及免疫转印法与标准品真实情况的符合率均为１００％，ＥＬＩＳＡ的符合率稍差。免疫组化法操作简单、结果容易判断、价格低廉，是较适合我国使用的检测方法。用该方法对我国部分样品进行检测，结果均为阴性。Three immuno -assays: immunohisto - chemistry, Western-blotting and enzyme - liked absorbent assay (ELISA) were compared for the detection of bovine sponiform encephalopathy (BSE) .It was found that the coinci- deuce of immunohistochemistry and western blotting with the true positive negative cases is 100%, and the co- incidence of ELISA is somewhat lower.The immunohisto - chemistry assay is simple in operation, and easy in judge- ment with low cost,and is well suit to China's condition for detection of the disease.52 samples were collected and detected by using the method call with negative results.
