10种木生伞菌的培养特性

摘　　要：将１０种木生命菌的纯菌种接种于ＰＤＡ培养基上．在２５℃恒温下培养６周。观察其培养特性。通过对菌落细胞外氧化酶的检测反应、菌丝类型及其分化、锁状联合的分布、菌丝和菌落颜色、产胞情况等的研究。结果表明．多孔菌培养特性的研究方法基本上适用于木生伞菌培养特性的研究。The culture of 10 species of agaric-lignatile on PDA medium were incubated at 25 ℃ for 6 weeks. According to the diagnostic characteristics including the presence or absence of extracelluar oxidase of mat. the type of hyphae and its differentiation. the distribution of clamp connection. tile color of hyphae and 1flat. occurrence of spore. the results showed that the study methods of diagnostic characters of polypore basically applies to the study on culture characteristics of agaric-lignatile.
