摘  要:用从感病杨树上分离纯化得到的4种冰核活性细菌:成团泛氏菌[Pantoea agglomerans(E.herbicola)]、菠萝泛氏菌[P.ananas(Eananas)]、大黄欧父氏菌[Erwinia rhapontici]和丁香假单胞菌致病变种[Pseudomonas syringae pv syringae]作为抗原。分别免疫家兔。获得较高滴度的专化抗血清.经试管沉淀试验测得滴度分别为:1/1024、1/2048、1/1024、1/1024;专化性反应率为95.8%.在检测技术研究中.进行了试管沉淀法、玻片凝集法、环状界面凝集法和对流免疫电泳4种试验。通过比较证明、环状界面凝集法用于检测带菌苗木最为方便和可靠、对已知病原菌的检出率达98%以上。Four species of ice nucleation active bacteria purified from the infected poplar were used as antigens for immunizing rabbits respectively, and high titer products of antiserums were obtained. According to the test tube precipitation tests. the titers reached l/1024. 1/2048. l/1024 and l/1024 separately. and the rate of specific reaction was 95. 8%. Test tube precipitation test. glass sheet coagulation test. ring-shaped boundary surface test and convection immunity electrophouesis test were applied to the detection experiments. and the result showed that the third method was the most convenient and reliable for the detection of the known INA bacteria in the poplar samples, and the accuracy of this method reached 98% or higher.
