摘  要:以杨树冰核细菌溃疡病发生的主导因素为依据.提出了防治此病的主要途径:(1)选用抗性强的杨 树品种、品系.适地适树造林;(2)采用链霉素( 600 mg/kg)、水基杨酸( 10 mmol/L)、乙酸苯汞( 100 mg/kg)和灭活的成团泛氏菌(Pantoea agglomerans=Erwinia.herbicola)等诱导剂浸泡杨树插穗进行育苗、有 明显的诱导抗病效果.平均诱导效果达70%以上;(3)将插穗进行沙藏处理和地膜覆盖育苗可避免霜冻害和旱 害.减轻杨树冰核细菌的侵染、又能提高苗木的生长.平均提高生长率达30%以上;(4)在早春杨树萌芽前喷 洒链霉素( 600 mg/kg)+防冻保护剂( 100 ×)对该病有一定防治效果、平均达万. 83%。Based on tile main factors that caused poplar INA bacterial canker, the authors put forward following measurements for disease control and host protection: (1)select highly resistant poplar varieties or strains. and afforest in right place for right trees; (2)inducer such as streptomycin. phenylmercuric acetate (PMA). salicylic acid(SA), and 11eat-killed bacteria(Pantoea agglomerans=Enwinia herbicola) can be used to immerse cuttings. By this means. it occurs obvious effect. The average induced effect can reach more than 70 Percent; (3)storing cuttings in sand and covering plastic flim when grow seedlings are helpful to avoid frostbite. frozen and drought effectively. These measures also avail to lighten the INA bacterial nit'ection. prompt seedlings to grow. and the average improvement rate is above 30 percent; (4)in early spring. to spray the solution of streptomycin plus frostbite agent against frostbite before poplar sprouts will work for disease control to a certain degree. The average protection effectiveness can reach 75. 83 percent.
