摘  要:从新疆石河子地区春季采种甜菜和夏播母根用甜菜上分离到 3个病毒分离物 ,代号为石 - B-2、石 - B- 5和石 - B- D,自然感染甜菜引起叶片黄色花叶、扭曲、皱缩和植株严重矮化。病毒粒体球状、直径 2 8~ 30 nm、均含有分子量约为 2 9k D外壳蛋白、3种相同的较大片段的双链 RNA(即 340 0 bp的RNA1、310 0 bp的 RNA2 、2 30 0 bp的 RNA3 )和片段大小约 4 0 0 bp的小 RNA,石 - B- 2和石 - B- D具有110 0 bp的 RNA4 ,在 EL ISA和琼脂双扩散试验中 ,3个分离物均与 CMV- 83抗血清有特异反应 ,初步认为这 3个球状病毒分离物属于 CMV,但它们具有狭窄的寄主范围 ,不感染心叶烟、蔓陀罗、番茄 ,在寄主反应、双链 RNA4 和卫星 RNA的大小上明显不同于国内外报道的 CMV株系或分离物 ,同时说明侵染甜菜的 CMV可能存在着株系分化。Three isolates (Shi B 2,Shi B 5 and Shi B D) were collected from naturally infected sugar beet with symptom of prominent yellow mosaic on severe distorted leaves and dwarfism in the region of Shihezi , Xinjiang . The virus particles all had isometric virons with diameters ranging from 28 30 nm, that with coat proteins estimated to be 29 kD, three large double strand RNAs of 3400 bp, 3100 bp, 2300 bp and a kind of smaller RNA about 400 bp. Isolates Shi B 2 and Shi B D contained an extra dsRNA that was 1100 bp. All the isolates positively reacted with antiserum of CMV 83 by agar double diffusion and ID ELISA, therefore the three isolates were preliminarily considered to be cucumber mosaic virus.However,they had narrower host range and could not infect N.glutinosa, Datura stramonium ,and tomato,the dsRNA 4 and satellite RNAs of the three isolates were also different from those in strains of CMV that havebeen reported so far, which indicate the strain differentiation among CMV infecting sugar beet.
