摘 要:将多氧霉素 B感性细交链孢菌置于含 10 0μg/ ml多氧霉素 B的 PDA平板上培养时 ,从长出的菌落边缘菌丝体中可分离到抗多氧霉素 B的变异体 ,而将其异菌脲感性菌株接种在含 10 0 μg/ ml异菌脲的 PDA平板上培养时 ,只有约半数供试菌株能稳定地分离出抗异菌脲变异体。在多氧霉素 B存在下分离的抗多氧霉素 B变异体对异菌脲的敏感性通常大于其母本菌株。相比之下 ,在异菌脲存在下分离的抗异菌脲变异体对多氧霉素 B的敏感性没有发生明显变化。对多氧霉素 B与异菌脲均为感性的野生型菌株不能在这 2种药剂共存的 PDA平板上生长 ,且其分生孢子对多氧霉素 B与异菌脲分别呈感性集中型及抗感分散型分布。Polyoxin B resistant mutants of Alternaria alternata could be isolated from the colony edges of their wild isolates incubated on PDA containing 100 μg/ml polyoxin B. Iprodione resistant mutants, however, could be constantly isolated only from approximately 50% of the wild type isolates incubated on PDA containing 100 μg/ml iprodione. Under the existence of polyoxin B, the isolated polyoxin B resistant mutants were generally more sensitive to iprodione than their wild isolates.In contrast to polyoxin B resistant mutants, the isolated iprodione resistant mutants did not show significant changes in sensitivity to polyoxin B. The wild type isolates sensitive to both polyoxin B and iprodione could not grow on PDA plates under the coexistence of 100 μg/ml polyoxin B and 100 μg/ml iprodione. Conidia of wild type showed a concentrative distribution pattern in sensitivity to polyoxin B and a diffusive distribution pattern to iprodione.
