摘 要:采用模拟添加法研究了小麦、玉米对单嘧磺隆的敏感性。结果表明:供试小麦、玉米不同品种对单嘧磺隆的敏感程度存在一定差异,在 6个小麦品种中辽春 10号对单嘧磺隆耐药性最强,京 8335表现最敏感:在 7个玉米品种中农大 108、唐抗 5号对单嘧磺隆耐药力最强,而唐玉 5号最敏感。小麦对单嘧磺隆的耐性比玉米高得多,种根比种芽敏感性高。另外,玉米对单嘧磺隆的敏感性与种子触药时期有关。This paper used a vermiculite bioassay method of modeling addition indoor, the sensitivity of different maize and wheat varieties to monosulfuron was studied. The results indicated that the different varieties of maize and wheat showed different sensitivity to monosulfuron- among six wheat varieties, Liaochun 10 was the most tolerant, while Jing- 8335 was sensitive; and for seven maize varieties, CAU108 and Tangkang 5 were the most tolerant, while Tangyu 5 was sensitive. Opposed to maize,the wheat were highly tolerant. The sensitivity of length of main root and shoot to monosulfuron showed that the inhibition to main root length was very obvious. In addition, swelled up accelerate the germination of maize seed and no seed soaking of maize seed to monosulfuron were different sensitive.
