摘  要:用溶液培养方法研究不同水平硼与小麦体内氮的积累关系。结果表明 ,在小麦生长发育过程中 ,无硼影响氮的积累 ,尤以分蘖期氮的积累最少 ,仅有 1.2 3 2× 10 -2 g/株 ,其它施硼处理为1.4 69~ 1.4 73× 10 -2 g/株。硼不足只在繁殖生长阶段影响氮的积累。The experiment was conducted with solution culture to study the relationship between boron and nitrogen accumulation in spring wheat.Nitrogen accumulation was decreased in the treatment B 0 throughout the life cycle,especially at tillering stage.The nitrogen accumulation rates of wheat without and with boron were 1 232×10 -2 g/plant and 1 469~1 473×10 -2 g/plant,respectively.Boron deficiency had no effect on nitrogen accumulation of wheat but only influence on nitrogen accumulation during reproduction stage,which resulted from abnormal stamen.
