消炎痛对兔体内氨苄青霉素药代动力学影响的研究

摘　　要：研究氨苄青霉素在兔体内的药代动力学以及炎痛消对氨苄青霉素药动学的影响 ,采用HPL C法检测血中氨苄青霉素的浓度 ,药时数据用 MCPKP药动学程序处理。结果表明 ,消炎痛不能影响氨苄青霉素在兔体内的吸收 ,但能影响其分布和消除 ,使 K12 和 K2 1显著增加 ,消除速率常数 Kel显著降低 ,使 t1/2 8延长 52 % ,AUC提高 10 6% ,CLB降低 110 % ,Tcp延长 50 .2 0 %。Effect of indomethacin(IM)on pharmacokinetics of ampicillin(AMP)in rabbits was studied using the ultraviolet detector and HPLC to determine the AMP concentrations in plasma,and MCPKP procedure to analyze the concentration-time data.The results were as follows:IM couldn't affect the absorption of AMP in rabbits,but it could affect the distribution and elimination,K 12 and K 21 increased significantly,t 1/2β was extended by 52%,AUC increased by 106%,CLB decreased by 110%,and T cp prolonged by 50 20%.
