摘 要:用 射线辐照小麦种子 ,辐照剂量分别为 10 Gy和 2 0 Gy,然后在人工模拟低温、干旱、涝害逆境下处理 ,利用液体闪烁计数器测定其超弱发光。结果表明 ,同一剂量辐照的种子在不同逆境下的超弱发光不同 ,15℃清水浸种 ,10 Gy剂量组超弱发光最强 ,6℃清水、 15℃蔗糖溶液( 0 .3 0 % )浸种 ,以 2 0 Gy剂量组超弱发光最强。Wheat seeds were irradiated with rays .Dosages were 0 Gy,10 Gy and 20 GY.The seeds were treated under adversity(water,sucroe solution and low temperature).Then Ultra weak luminescence of them was determined with scintillation counter.Ultra weak luminescence of seeds with 10 Gy was highest when the seeds were treated with water.Ultra weak luminescence of seeds with 20 Gy was highest when the seeds were treated with sucrose solution or temperature.Ultra weak luminescence of wheat seeds lrradiated was higher than ck under adversity.
