摘  要:目的 观察洗衣场所低浓度三氯乙烯接触对人体体液免疫和细胞免疫的影响。方法 用气相色谱测定空气中的TCE浓度 ;用免疫球蛋白测定试剂盒测定人体血清中的IgG、IgA、IgM ;用酶免定量测定试剂盒测定IgE ;应用APAAP法测定人体外周血淋巴细胞亚群。结果 低浓度TCE接触者IgM水平比非接触者有所下降 ,两者之间差异有非常显著性意义(P <0 0 0 1)。IgG、IgA、IgE水平两者差异则无显著性意义。接触者CD+ 3 、CD+ 4细胞均明显高于对照组 ,CD+ 8细胞明显低于对照组 ,CD+ 4/CD+ 8明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 TCE低浓度污染对人体IgM会产生抑制作用。TCE可激活CD+ 3 、CD+ 4T淋巴细胞的活性增殖 ,引起TCE接触者细胞免疫功能亢进。Objective To observe effects on the human humoral and cellular immune level of low concentration TCE pollution in laundries.Methods The concentration of TCE in air determined by gas chromatography,IgG,IgA,IgM and IgE in serum detected with immune globins detection kit,and T lymphocyte subgroups determined by the APAAP method.Results The levels of IgM were significantly different between the TCE contacting group and the control group ( P <0 05),and the IgE level of TCE contacting group was lower.However,the level of IgG,IgA and IgE have no significant difference.The numbers of CD + 3 and CD + 4 of the TCE contacting group were significantly increasing compared with the control group,the number of CD + 8 was decreasing,and the CD + 4/CD 8+ was significantly higher(P<0 001).Conclusion The low concentration of TCE can restrain the production of IgM,but it stimulates the proliferation of CD + 4?CD + 3 lymphocytes and leads to the function of cellular immunity stimulated.
