摘　　要：目的　为了解安徽省老年人目前的家庭医疗需求及其影响因素 ,为当前的医疗体制改革提供科学依据。方法　采用整群随机抽样和单纯随机抽样方法确定调查对象。调查老年人的健康状况、家庭医疗需求及其影响因素。结果　城乡约有6 %左右的老人提出了开设家庭病床的要求 ,老人的年龄、收入、患病数量、日常生活能力及其患病的种类是家庭医疗需求的主要影响因素。结论　老年人的家庭医疗需求日益增大 ,但老年人对家庭病床缺乏了解 ,广泛而深入开展社区卫生服务宣传尤为重要。Objective To understand the demands of in-home care and its influencing factors among the aged persons in Anhui province and provide the reference for the current medical care system reform in China.Methods Cluster sampling and random sampling methods were used to choose the subject. The health conditions and demands of in-home care of old persons and its influencing factors were investigated.Results About 6% old persons claimed that they want to set up home bed. Senile persons who are suffering from several chronic diseases and having lower activity of daily living, tend to demand the in-home care. The kind of chronic diseases also influence the demands of in-home care.Conclusion With the development of population aging,the demands of in-home care among old persons will be increasing. For they lack of the knowledge of in-home care among old persons, it is imponant to spread the relevant knowledges of community health care widely.
