吉林西北部草原鼠疫菌染色体PCR指纹图谱分析

摘　　要：本文通过ＰＣＲ指纹图谱，分析了吉林西部草原鼠疫菌染色体ＮＤＡ特征，结果显示该地区鼠疫菌染色体可产生８条非常明显的扩增区带，其他对照的菌株只产生６条扩增区带。分析认为这种差别可能是该地菌株的一特征。Following the biochemistry test, virulence genes and plasmids mapsexamination of the strains of Y.pestis from the northwest part of Jilin province,the further test was done with analysis of chromosome of Y. pestis in this area. There were 8 distinct amplified bands found by PCR finger-print map analysis in these strains of Y.pestis,while the control strain only showed 6 amplified bands.lt was proved that the strains of Y.pestis in this area held their own character.
