重用补气药治疗运动神经元病31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察大剂量补气中药治疗运动神经元病的临床疗效,探讨其机理。方法:对31例患者运用静脉点滴、口服黄芪制剂以及大剂量补气药兼以养血益肾汤剂治疗,观察治疗前后患者症状变化情况,2年后随访。结果:总有效率74.19%,无1例死亡。结论:大剂量补气中药治疗运动神经元病可改善患者肌肉萎缩、肌力减退,延长病人生存期。Objective:To observe the clinical effect large dosage of qi-invigorating herbs for the treatment of motor neuron disease and to explore its mechanism.Methods:31 cases were treated by intravenous drip and oral use of Radix Astragali Preparation,large dosage of qi-invigorating herbs,and together with Decoction for Nourishing Blood and Benefiting Kidney.The condition was observed before and after treatment followed-up for two years.Results:The total effective rate being 74 19% and no death occurred.Conclusion:The large dosage of qi-invigorating herbs can alleviate muscular atrophy,improve the the reduced myodynamia and prolong the survival period.
