摘　　要：目的　提高对原发性淀粉样变的认识。方法　分析 5例原发性淀粉样变的临床表现和实验室检查。结果　 5例肾脏受累 ,4例心脏受累 ,3例肝肿大。结论　原发性淀粉样变临床表现多样化 ,大多为非特异性 ,易误诊 ,确诊靠病理活检 ,遇到肝脾肿大及肾功能不全等多系统损害的病人 。Objective To improve the recognition of the primary systemic amyloidosis.Methods To analyze the clinical and laboratory features in 5 cases of the primary systemic amyloidosis.Results There were 5 cases presented as kidney involved,5 heart involved and 3 hepatomegaly respectively.Conclusions Because the clinical symptoms of primary systemic amyloidosis were various and most of them were non specific.It was easy to give incorret diagnosis.Biopsy must be done in order to comfirm the diagonosis.When we find a case of multi organ involvement,such as hepatosplenomegaly,renal failure et al,we sholud think of the primary systemic amyloidosis.
