用SP2/0瘤细胞核或DNA免疫同系小鼠诱导抗核抗体的产生

摘　　要：用SP2 / 0瘤细胞核或DNA分别免疫Balb/c小鼠均可获得IgG抗dsDNA、抗组蛋白、抗Sm、抗SS A/SS B等抗核抗体 ,类似于ConA活化的淋巴细胞的DNA免疫 ,而正常Balb/c小鼠的DNA不能诱导出抗核抗体。实验表明肿瘤细胞的DNA类似于活化细胞的DNA具有免疫原性 。The anti nuclear antibodies,such as IgG anti dsDNA,anti histone,anti Sm,anti SSA/SSB,anti rRNP antibodies could be induced in Balb/c mice by immunization with the DNA from SP2/0 tumor cells, similar to those obtained by immunization with the DNA from activated lymphocytes stimulation with ConA.There was no any production of anti nuclear antibodies with DNA from normal Balb/c mice.Experiment results indicate that the DNAs from tumor cells,just like the DNA of activated lymphocytes could express the property of immunogenicity and the phenomenon of epitope spreading could be observed in this experimental study.
