摘 要:目的 了解血脂康对 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法 对 4 6例 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者随机分成单纯降糖治疗组 (降糖组 )和降糖治疗加血脂康组 (血脂康组 ) ,并以 2 0例健康人作正常对照 (对照组 )观察各组血糖、血脂、循环内皮细胞 (CEC)、内皮素 (ET 1 )、一氧化氮 (NO)等水平的变化。结果 治疗前血脂康组和降糖组之间各指标无明显差异 ,治疗后血脂康组CEC、ET 1、TC、TG、LDL C明显降低 ,NO、HDL C明显升高 ,与降糖组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 血脂康对 2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者具有明显的调节脂代谢及保护血管内皮的作用。Objective To study the endothelial protective potential of Xuezhikang in type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipemia. Methods A total of 46 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipemia were randomly dirided into two groups, receiving glucose lowing drug only or glucose lowing drug plus with Xuezhikang respectively. 20 healthy individuals served as control. Concentration of blood glucose, blood lipid, endothelin 1 (ET 1), nitrogen oxide (NO) and number of circulatery endothelial cells (CEC) were determined before and after treatment. Results Before treatment no difference was found between two experimental groups, however the CEC number and concentration of ET 1、Tc、TG、LDL C decreased and NO, HDL C increased significantly after treatment with Xuezhikang. Conclusion Xuezhikang may regulate lipid metabolism and protect endothelial cells in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipemia.
