摘　　要：本研究旨在建立第二信使ｃＡＭＰ产生过程的数学模型，使其复杂的生理过程数量化。运用数学理论知识与模型分 析方法解释了在信号传导过程中生物体表现出的某些特征，如对外界信号的适应性、信号放大等。本研究方法亦适用于 其他信号传导过程及某些生理过程。A mathematical model of cAMP production in response to the stimuli was established to quantify the complex physiological process. Mathematical theories and model analysis were employed to explain some of the features occurring in the signal relay such as adaptation and signal amplification etc. The model may also be applicable in the study of other signal relay or physiological process.
