摘  要:目的探讨原癌基因的表达与病理性瘢痕形成的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测ras p21蛋白在增生性瘢 痕、瘢痕疙瘩和正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果在增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩的成纤维细胞中,ras p21蛋白缺乏表达。结论 ras原癌基因在病理性瘢痕形成中可能不突变或不起主要作用,这可能是病理性瘢痕较少癌变的原因。Objective: To investigate the correlation of the expression of ras proto-oncogene in tumorigenic process with the formation of hypertrophic scar and keloids. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was adopted to detect the expression of ras p21 proteins in 50 biopsy samples from 10 cases of hypertrophic scars, 10 keloids and 5 normal skin with antibodies against ras p21. Results ras p21 expression was not detected in the fibroblasts of hypertrophic scars or keloids. Conclusion ras gene may not mutate or its mutations may not play a major role in the process of abnormal scarring, which may explain the scarce canceration of these pathologic scars.
