单纯性肥胖儿童心理行为及智商的调查

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨单纯性肥胖症对儿童心理行为及智商的影响。 [方法 ]应用儿童适应行为评定量表和韦氏学龄儿童智力量表对单纯性肥胖组和对照组儿童各 182名 (年龄 7～ 14岁 )进行了心理行为和智商的测试。 [结果 ]肥胖组心理行为总得分及各因子得分均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肥胖组与对照组总平均适应行为商数 (ADQ)分别为 12 5 6 3与170 85 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ,并且言语智商 (IQ)、操作智商 (IQ )及总智商 (IQ )肥胖组均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。 [结论To study the influence factors of simple obesity to psychological behavior and intelligence quotient (IQ) in children and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment on children's obesity.364 children aged 7～14 composed of 182 obese ones and 182 control ones were determined with psychological behavior and IQ. We applied the children's Intelligent Gauge in our research.Both total scoer of psychological behavior and of factors in obese group and lower significantly than that in control one (P<0 05). Total average Adaptable Development Quotient (ADQ) in obese group which is 125 63 is lower significantly than that in control one which is 170 85(P<0 01). So are the speech IQ, operating IQ and total IQ (P<0 01).[Conclusions]Obese children have significant psychological block which influence intelligent development.
