摘  要:目的:测定气喘片中茶碱、苯巴比妥、盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,在Hypersil CN柱上,以乙腈-水相(1%三乙胺,用冰醋酸调pH6.5) 为流动相,检测波长为215 nm。结果:本法可同时测定4组分的含量。茶碱、苯巴比妥、盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸苯海拉明分别在16~12 0,6~42,5~35 μg· ml-1浓度范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系,平均回 收率依次为99.4%(RSD为0.91%),99.3%(RSD为1.16%),97.7%( RSD为1.26%)和98.3%(RSD为1.14%)。结论:方法切实可行,简便,快速,准确。:OBJECTIVE To separate and determine four constituents including theophylline,phenobarbita l,ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride in anti-asthma tab lets. METHODS An RP-HPLC was used.Using Hypersil CN(CPS2)column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and water (1%triethylamine,adjust w ith glacial acdtic acid to a pH of 6.5)(35∶65).The detection wavelength was 215 nm. RESULTS The separation and determination of four constituents could be accomplished simu ltaneously.The calibration curves were linear in the range of 16~120 μg· ml -1 for theophylline,6~42 μg·ml-1 for phenobarbital, 5~35 μg· ml -1 for ephedrine hydrochloride and diphenhydramine hydrochloride.The aver age recoveries of theophylline, phenobarbital,ephedrine hydrochloride and diphen hydramine hydrochloride were 99.4%(RSD=0.91%),99.3%(RSD=1. 16%),97.7%(RSD=1.26%) and 98.3%(RSD=1.14%),respectivel y. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, quick and accurate for the quality control.
