摘　　要：科学合理的交易机制可以优化交易和定价行为 ,是二板市场有效运作和功能发挥的基石所在。本文试图通过对现行二板市场的两种交易制度进行一些比较分析 ,以探寻其固有的特征、运行规律及未来发展方向。The rational exchange mechanism optimizing the pricing and the transaction behaviors is the footstone for the effective operation in the'Secondary Board'market.This paper trys to analyze the inherent characters,orderliness and the development of the transaction mechanism by comparing the current two exchange systems in the'Secondary Board'market.
